Roll cake with peaches and chocolate

Yesterday afternoon he was advancing half hour between cleanings atra and I did this roll peaches (I'm trying to give back of my endless stocks of canned fruit in syrup). Difficulty: easy Time: 10 minutes preparation + 15 cooking

Tools: electric mixer


  • 3 eggs
  • 70g sugar
  • 40g flour
  • 25g butter, melted cooled
  • 200cc of fresh cream
  • 20g sugar
  • 1 can of peaches in syrup
  • 25g of dark chocolate


Preheat oven to 180 °

Whip the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the egg yolks then slamming at low speed for 1 min.

Add the eggs to the flour, stirring gently so as not remove everything.

Add the melted butter, finally roll out the mixture on the baking sheet covered with wax paper, creating a square of 30 × 30 cm.

Cook for 9-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, lightly moisten a cloth with water, and when the dough is cooked it upside down on the cloth gently pulling the wax paper.

Roll up the cloth in the mixture and let it cool on a rack.

Whip the cream with the sugar, diced peaches drained and dried by leaving a larger and cut into dice and chop the chocolate into chunks.

Add the chocolate to the whipped cream and mix well.

Open the roll and spread the cream evenly. Spread the chopped peaches and close by joining thoroughly.

Keep in refrigerator for half an hour and serve cut into slices.
