During this time I really want to spoil me! Yesterday afternoon I was advancing half an hour between cleanings atra and I made this roll peaches (I'm trying to end my endless supplies of canned fruit in syrup). A spectacular result, came soft and fresh just like I wanted it and it disappeared at the speed of light. Like all the recipes that I propose is an ease and a speed unheard of, it's perfect for the 5 o'clock tea but also to wipe your mouth after a meal rich in meat. To you the recipe ...
Difficulty: easy Time: 10 min +15 cooking preparation
Tools: electric mixer
- 3 eggs
- 70g sugar
- 40g of flour
- 25g butter, melted cooled
- 200cc fresh cream
- 20g sugar
- 1 can of peaches in syrup
- 25g dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 180 °
Whip the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the egg yolks and then slamming on low speed for 1 min.
Add the sifted flour to the eggs, stirring gently to not remove everything.
Add the melted butter, and finally roll out the mixture onto the baking sheet covered with wax paper, creating a square of 30 × 30 cm.
Cook for 9-10 min.
Meanwhile, lightly moisten a cloth with water and when the dough is cooked it upside down on the cloth gently pulling the wax paper.
Roll up the cloth into the mixture and let it cool on a rack.
Whip the cream with the sugar, diced peaches, drained and dried by leaving a larger and cut into dice and chop the chocolate into chunks.
Add the chocolate to the whipped cream and mix well.
Open the roll and spread the cream evenly. Spread the chopped peaches and close by joining thoroughly.
Keep in the fridge for half an hour and serve cut into slices.
Decorate the slices with whipped cream, peaches and mint leaves.
